oh shux... Are they really on the phone talking to customers or jus refusing to answer the phone calls? It's quite sickening to hear that automated recorded voice over and over and over again... It's like how many 5 minutes have I waited!? arghz...
But on the hand, I guess they are pretty stressed up too... With answering so many enquiries per day... and sometimes getting irritating customers calling in to complain or make a big fuss out of nothing... Pity those who are in this line...
One of my best buddies had a new job... and guess what? She's in the customer service hotline officer. Heard her talking about her work scope and it's like pretty over loaded for her... well you see.. She hasn't been trained yet! yeahz... and she's assigned to answer phone calls already... Arghz... stupid boss! How can bully my friend like that? Sick!
hehee... I'm still pretty cool about my exams! Not studying much these few days! oh oh! haha... haiz...
