Darn! What the ****!!! Although I've already signalled saying that I'm turning right, I'll have to wait for oncoming traffic to clear first right? You WERE right behind me, and I was as much as possible trying to steer to the right but that doesn't mean you have the right of way to bypass me. You should slow down and wait till I go off then you speed up! It's either you getting old and forgetful (then you should go back to the driving centre to have a refresher's course) or you are young and impulsive. I hope (from the bottom of my heart) that you will not meet any accidents in near future and that you do not endanger other people's lives.

Should have seen whether it's a SG or Msia's car. But I know it's a BLUE CAR. So those driving blue ones, stay away from me of I'll bite. *ROAR*

Should have installed a video cam to film the outside cars while driving! This way, I can see the car plate number and submit to the LTA!

Researchers have revealed that inefficient exercise and excessive computer usage are the top two bad health habits, according to a recent report on the top 10 unhealthy habits.

According to Sung Pei-kun, the research centre director, two-thirds of interviewees exercise less than three times per week. The study used the health reports of 18,061 adults from the MJ Health Screening Centre.
Using a computer for more than three continuous hours a day ranks as the second worst health habit, said Sung.

Another dangerous health habits include sitting with legs crossed which can lead to blood clots in the veins, dislocation of spinal discs and scoliosis. Further, sitting on the toilet for long-periods can worsen hemorrhoids and increase the risk of constipation.

In addition, forced bowel movements can seriously endanger health, causing an instant raise in blood pressure, causing cerebral hemorrhage.
Others bad habits that could cramp your lifestyle include toilet reading, eating hot food, excessive coffee or tea intake, insufficient water intake, lifting with a bended back and getting out of bed right away after waking up.

Sung added that bad health habits account for 50 per cent of modern-day killers. Other major factors include poor medical services at 10 per cent, environment at 20 per cent and heredity at 20 per cent.

According to researchers, the five most effective habits to develop a healthier lifestyle include a sufficient nutrition intake, regular workouts, staying fit, refraining from alcoholic beverages and smoking and changing old lifestyles.

No birthday wish list. REALLY! And don't get me a cake nor sing me a birthday song! =P I want to forget that I am actually reaching the 30s soon.

Just 5 minutes later than usual and I had to be stuck in the jam along amk for about 15 minutes!!! Sigh. Driving is like a chore to me now. There are so many cars on the road. Ai yo.

Feeling so happy for one of my good pals. =P And another one joining the MRS club soon! Oh yeah!

For once, I was thinking hard of what do I need. This word appeared. "REST". Yes! I need time to have a good sleep and rest. I'm feeling physically tired, most probably due to age. Haa. Not as agile as before already. GOSH! I'm only going to be 25 and not 52! Haa...

Time to set some resolutions before my 25th birthday. =P The list is not in any sequence.

1) To do up my room. (yes yes, i've been saying about this ever since my 21st birthday! =P)

2) Not to procrastinate on anything but to settle the issues within the shortest possible time. (of course with proper treatments and accuracy)

3) To be a better daughter to my parents and parents-in-law by spending more quality time with them.

4) To be a better wife. QUALITY time with papa! =)

5) To get at least 60 mark for all my ACCA modules!

6) To be a better friend to my pals and buddies! =)

7) To be a better follower of Christ. (I can't really say that I am one because I am not baptized. Still in a dilemma.)

8) To be a better sister. (Hopefully I am quite a good one so far!)

9) GB. =) I am working on this! Hopefully can get it done by June 2010.

10) Accurate and less mistakes in my work. Be more familiarized with the work flow.

11) To be a listener.

12) And YES, I want to be a non-practising accountant by year 2015!

Manageable. But I am feeling the "strain" of this hectic lifestyle. This is path I've chosen and I'm sticking to it.

Though my room may in a big mess, but I am actually a organized person. I like to tidy up my stuff every once in a blue moon. Haa. But when it comes to others, I ensure that they are restored to their original or if not in a better condition compared to before. Proactive.

But there are some who only care for themselves. A hard fact of reality but I've already accepted it.

Part 2

Post Xmas 2009 and Pre New Year Celebration with Ting & Hui
Ms Aeroplane has got sore eye (left one!) but we still went ahead with our gathering. We had buffalo wings with duck pizza. Haa... Ting and Bester are not used to the taste of the duck pizza while Hui and I enjoy it to the max! Lesson learnt for the year: Don't choose drinks with fanciful names! They taste horrible!

We spent our New Year's Eve with Jen and Jacky & Wen and Jeremy, watching 3D Avatar at Lido. Haa... It was my first time experience (and so is Bester's first) watching the 3D show! Overall, we find it to be nice! Here are the photos taken with the specs on! Haa... I realised that my mobile's camera flash function was really bright! Look at our eyes.
